H — HOUSING & STABILITY

A safe place to land.
A stronger way forward.

A home is more than a roof. It is room to breathe, to rebuild, to belong, and to move toward what's next. All Heart Initiative provides housing pathways for veterans, young adults aging out of foster care, people seeking independent living, and individuals in sober living environments.

Homes across the country. Local connections. Person-centered support.

FOUR HOUSING PATHWAYS

One shared commitment: helping people find stability while connecting them with the people and resources that support the next chapter.

WHO WE HOUSE

Different journeys.
Housing that meets the moment.

Our housing programs respond to different life experiences and levels of independence. Each home operates with its own eligibility, location, availability and partner arrangements.

04 / RECOVERY & CONNECTION

Sober Living

For people pursuing substance-free, recovery-supportive living arrangements as part of their journey toward greater stability and well-being.

  • Community-oriented, recovery-supportive housing
  • Coordination with recovery networks and community providers
  • Connections to peer support and other appropriate services

Programs vary by location, home, and partner requirements. Housing is not an emergency shelter, and placements are not guaranteed. Sober living is housing support, not a substitute for detoxification or medical treatment.

BEHIND EVERY HOUSING PROGRAM

More than a roof.
Room to begin again.

Safe, stable housing can be the foundation for the next chapter. All Heart builds relationships with property partners and local community organizations to help connect housing with practical support.

AN EXAMPLE FROM OUR HOUSING WORK

A home for what's next.

Housing becomes more meaningful when it feels welcoming and connects people with a community. Our Daytona Beach veteran housing outreach shows how we bring the home, local referral partners, and practical support into the same conversation.

HOUSING WITH DIGNITY

More than a place to stay.

A comfortable home can create space for routine, connection, and the next step. Our approach pairs housing opportunities with relationships to case managers, housing programs, and community organizations that can connect residents with services.

A NATIONAL HOUSING FOOTPRINT

Homes across the country.
Support rooted in community.

All Heart Initiative works through a national network of houses and housing relationships. While the addresses may change, the purpose does not: creating safer places for people to live and stronger pathways toward stability.

Our model brings local landlords, property partners, community organizations and referral networks together so housing is connected to the resources available in each area.

MORE THAN FOUR WALLS

Housing opens the door.
Community helps people move forward.

No one organization can meet every need. We work with local community partners to help residents find services and relationships that support their next steps.

01

Case Management & Navigation

Connections with referral partners who can help residents understand resources, coordinate next steps and navigate service systems.

02

Health & Emotional Well-Being

Connections to community-based medical, mental health and wellness services through qualified providers.

03

Employment & Education

Local partners and programs that may help with job readiness, learning opportunities and career development.

04

Life Skills & Independence

Resources that support day-to-day living, confidence, financial skills and longer-term housing goals.

05

Veteran & Youth Resources

Coordination with organizations serving veterans and young adults transitioning from foster care.

06

Recovery & Peer Connections

Links to recovery communities, peer support and appropriate substance use treatment providers when relevant.

These are examples of services we seek to coordinate through community organizations. Availability and participation depend on the resident, program, location and individual providers; not every service is offered directly by All Heart.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before
the next step?

Housing decisions deserve clear information. Here are some helpful starting points.

Are homes available nationwide?

All Heart's housing relationships extend nationally, but available homes, program types and referral pathways differ by location. Contact our team to ask about a particular city or service area.

Do you provide medical care, counseling or treatment in the homes?

All Heart focuses on housing and coordination. We work with community organizations and qualified providers to connect residents with relevant services where available. Housing participation does not automatically include clinical treatment.

Can a case manager refer someone directly?

Case managers and referral organizations can contact us to review program fit, eligibility and current housing options. Please do not include sensitive health or client information in the initial inquiry form.

How can a landlord or organization partner?

Tell us about your property, program, resources or service area using the partnership inquiry form below. We'll explore alignment, readiness, requirements and practical next steps.

SAFETY. DIGNITY. OPPORTUNITY.
