At All Heart Initiative, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Unfortunately, mental health conditions are often stigmatized and misunderstood, which can lead to individuals not seeking the help they need. That's why we are committed to raising awareness and providing training on mental health issues. Our mental health awareness training program is designed to equip individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to identify and support those struggling with mental health conditions.

In addition to mental health awareness training, we offer community health worker training. Community health workers are trained to provide basic health care services and education to their communities. They are often the first line of defense when identifying health concerns and connecting individuals with the resources they need. By providing community health worker training, we empower individuals to make a difference in their communities.

Finally, we offer ECHO training. ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a medical education and care management model that uses technology to connect specialist teams with primary care providers in underserved communities. Through ECHO, primary care providers can receive ongoing training and support to serve their patients better, particularly those with complex health needs.
