About Ashlyn

Ashlyn Smith, PA-C, is a clinician, educator, and national speaker with extensive experience in endocrinology, cardiometabolic health, and diabetes technology. With more than twelve years of speaking and teaching experience and over eighty-nine speaking engagements, Ashlyn has presented at regional, state, and national conferences, CME events, webinars, podcasts, and professional education programs.

Her work focuses on evidence-based endocrine care, patient engagement, and the integration of lifestyle medicine into clinical practice. Ashlyn brings a whole-person approach to complex metabolic and endocrine conditions, equipping healthcare professionals with practical strategies to improve outcomes, optimize technology use, and enhance patient quality of life.
